Data and purposes
We process your name, contact details, message and appointment preferences to answer enquiries and prepare a possible engagement, based on steps requested before a contract or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Contract and invoice data are processed to deliver services and fulfil legal obligations. Required fields are needed to handle your request; the audit telephone field is optional.
Website scans and AI assistant
Scans process a supplied URL, company name, optional location and sector, report language, technical results and public page signals. Platform detection, developer credits and cost estimates may be inaccurate or outdated. Reports do not make legally or similarly significant automated decisions about people.
The scan sends the supplied URL to Google PageSpeed Insights and retrieves the public page and robots.txt. Do not include private links, credentials or personal data in URLs. Public developer credits can contain business personal data; sources, relevance and accuracy require human review. This analysis relies on our legitimate interest in assessing and improving public business websites, subject to the right to object.
The current studio assistant uses prepared browser-based answers; conversations are not sent to a language model. This information will be updated before a future AI connection is introduced.
Storage, recipients and transfers
Studio contact and appointment forms open a draft in your email app; Baja Verde receives it only after you send it. Scan results and audit requests are stored through the OpenAI and Cloudflare Sites hosting infrastructure. Email, hosting and administrative providers receive data needed for their tasks; legally required recipients may receive relevant data.
Processing agreements, exact contracting entities, locations and any transfers outside the EEA still need verification for the final version. International transfers require an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses and supplementary measures where necessary. Retention
Data are kept while needed for the enquiry, scan, engagement or agreed follow-up. Thereafter, retention is limited to applicable legal obligations or handling legal claims, with restricted use where required. Specific retention periods for scans, requests, email and provider logs remain to be established. Cookie expiry does not automatically delete a stored report.
Cookies and external content
The scan tool uses the functional cookie baja_scan_session for 30 days to recognise your own saved scans. Platform sign-in may also use necessary authentication cookies. Custom site code contains no advertising trackers.
Fonts are served locally from our own website. The contact page includes a Google Maps map; loading it sends connection information to Google. The scan frame loads when opened. Non-essential cookies and additional analytics require a separate prior choice; this draft does not confirm a complete inventory of external platform cookies.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability; object to legitimate-interest processing; and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact hola@bajaverde.com with enough information to handle the request; identity checks are used only where necessary. We normally respond within one month, with lawful extensions for complex requests.
You may complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD). Requesting an audit does not consent to unsolicited newsletters or advertising.
